Sorry it has taken so long for me to write this; 3 days after returning from St. John, [we] left for New York City for a 5 day music conference. (Talk about culture shock ­ St. John and Manhattan have to be at complete opposite ends of the civilization spectrum!) I just wanted to say thanks for all of your help and great service while we were at Beach Villa! The house was perfect for us, and nobody wanted to leave when it was time to go home.

On a semi-professional note: I do lighting design as kind of a part time business on the side, both theater and residential, and I loved the landscape lighting at Beach Villa.

The effect when we all returned from dinner the first night was just wonderful, like walking into a tropical dream-land! Your fixtures give depth and texture to the wall surfaces, provide just the right illumination to the surrounding spaces, and the light sources themselves remain soft and unobtrusive.

[Y}ou did a great job lighting a great house, and I spent a lot of time outdoors in the evenings just enjoying the atmosphere you created.

[My wife] & the kids are already plotting their return...

Just a quick note to tell you how much our group enjoyed our week in St. John. The house was great and the island is delightful.

Also, please thank Deborah for sending my swimsuit back to me. Because I'm still doing laundry from the trip (I won't need any of those clothes here for a couple of more months, so there is no hurry to get it done) I hadn't missed it yet. However, it's my favorite suit and I would have been very disappointed to have lost it.
